If you have not received your goods within 28 days of order, please contact our office. We endeavour to have all goods in stock and can usually despatch within 48 hours of receipt of order. However, sometimes due to popular demand, we may be temporarily out of stock of a particular item.
All goods shipped in Australia via door to door courrier service Goods will need to be signed for on receipt. All international parcels by International freight forwarders, detail vary according to destination.
Our GUARANTEE: If, for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact our office within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange for another colour or product or offer a refund.
